The contact:

Ken demonstrates how the system can be used to contact satellites.  Oscar 51 made a pass right overhead a few minutes before the ISS pass began. Contact established!
Assistant scout master John Schlesselmann speaks with his friend astronaut Gregory Chamitoff.

Scouts line up to ask their questions.

After contact interviews!  Ken gets interviewed by KSBY TV (San Luis Obispo)
and Glenn Schiferl (scout master) is interviewed by KCOY TV (Santa Maria).

Calli shows the scouts the inside of an FT-847 as part of their radio merit badge instruction. Thumbs up!
